Sabino Canyon is located in the Santa Catalina Mountains and is part of the Coronado National Forest.  It’s a popular recreation area, providing hiking, walking, and riding. It is full of wildlife, including deer, javelina, tortoises, rattlesnakes, gila monsters, bobcats, and mountain lions.  It offers over eighty miles of trails, many of which are popular due to the streams and ponds that provide quick relief after a strenuous hike. Alexa and Jack went to Sabino Canyon to hike up the Blackett’s Ridge Trail to begin to solve the riddle of Edgar Martin’s grave.
